...I think it's not so much that he doesn't appear amused...as he appears bored. Like, you forced your ogre to sit for six hours straight in front of the television and it's sapped all will to do anything but sit there and stare all bored like. Or something like that.

I think it turned out pretty good. Except that I think his bottom lip looks a little too big when compared to his top lip. Perhaps should have a bit more of that showing, unless you're intending for him to be pouting...which is not what I suspect you want your ogres doing. But, other than that minor quibble, it's a good picture.

I dunno, I get more of a feeling like someone just tried to make him laugh and he thought it totally wasn't funny, and is giving them this look.

And he just has a very thick bottom lip. It goes well with his really broad nose, I think. =P

I'd have to say it does appear to be a 'not amused' look... I don't know if it was a joke, or just some form of entertainment he's not much enjoying, but he certainly looks unamused. He actually looks like if this goes on much longer, he's going to have to start breaking things. All in all it is an excellent sketch, for your claiming to need work at faces. ^.^ Heck I wish I was half as good. I think the bottom lip is fine as broad as it is, but the top could have afforded to be just a tad thicker, though, maybe it's just the angle, too. ^.^

Sigma is the final boss in every MegamanX game, and he seems to come back in one form or another. He has a connection with Zero, somehow...

Heheh... I can see him being all 'not-amused' as well... along with using the phrase 'We are not amused!' Maybe with a pair of those opera-glasses held up to his face...

Seriously, regarding the picture, I rather like the face-markings/makeup he wears... it really adds to the look.

Going back randomly over some of your work, for need of something to do, I got looking at this one again... ^.^ Something about the pic makes me think of those sort of movie-style bandit or thief-lords... ^.^

Nah. Pirate. Totally a pirate. He has earrings. You can totally see him standing on a ship. Or, at least, I can totally see him doing that.

Earrings are so totally -not- pirate-exclusive... =P But yeah it's the same sort of image, basically.
