I did not draw this...believe me, I wish I was this talented. My friend Ali drew this for me as a means of flexing her artistic muscle since she'd been mostly doing paintings up to this point. She was going to do it cartoony style but she hadn't in so long she'd forgotten how to, so she chibi-fied it. I had her draw Steel types since they're one of my favorite types, and if I were ever a gym leader I'd want to be a Steel type leader. And yes that is mostly what I look like in Chibi format...though my goatee is a little fuller than what she drew.
