Seriously guys...read my rules for what ever it is I have going at the time.
Especially on my stream rules, Im no longer accepting 'I didnt know' or 'I didnt see them' as an excuse.
Both when theyre posted journal or submission, you have to read through the rules/scroll past them to get to the link in the first place.

I have the same issue with certain things such as raffles.
The sad thing is, I've pointed out to people that they didn't read and follow the rules, and rather than correcting their mistakes (such as making a separate journal to advertise), they hid their comment.
It's like, "Really? You're getting potentially free stuff from me and you can't take five seconds to read over the few minor requirements I ask in return?".
Ugh.
