Well, I've always favoured the weapon of choice of the gambler and lady of ill repute, the derringer. There isn't much to work with there, but one could always mod somethig I suppose.

hehe some designs would work well enough on their own, i was thinking something that could be turned into a gas firing weapon or at least have enough room for improved optics and firing mechanism

Yeah, that's the problem with asking me here, there just isn't enough room TO pimp a derringer, they arealready jsut as large as they need to be. About the only thing I can think of is if it's possible to make a pocket gun with a silencer, for when you can afford to loose some of the size advantage in order to kill stealthily. I guess that's kind of the theme I'm getting at here, a gun for when you need to be "discreet", tough I got no idea which gun would be suitable as a base. You could still make a small weapon a gas-firing one, I suppose, if you can mount sort of a "mask" at the front. I suppose it would only really be useful for assasinations and then the main advantage would be more silent and less messy.

yes i understand where your coming from... i have always likes the MAC10, that's quite a small gun but fully automatic, maybe if i shortened the magazine or used smaller bullets it would then fit in an under arm holster, i could easilly create a "mask" for it and thus silence it... yes i shall look into this
