Would Zilla lie to you?

Yes, Zilla's whole thing is that he is basically a stereotypical cartoon villain from the 90s, but I guess I just haven't conveyed that well enough... so I drew him like some kind of villain from a forgotten animated film from the 90s that probably went straight to VHS, but who cares because it doesn't exist? But if it did it would be AWESOME.
