Not up to the normal quality of TRL, these were from small 'test' batches of different colors that didn't go quite right (thus some touch marks and such)

Whirlybirds are $6, as for postage to the UK, the flat rate boxes I use went up to $23 shipping, to use my normal mailers I'd have to weight it and see what it would be
