Very good job on the legs. Especially the front lifted leg. The back of the two lifted hooves seem a little too big but otherwise the hooves look good. The chest could be a little deeper down or perhaps start a little higher up but looks good despite a little thin. pretty expression on the face, very horse-ish. Good tail and mane too : ) Dark bottom does add a ground look.

Thank you very much for the helpful critique, it helps to know what exactly needs improvements on so the next time I'll know what needs fixing and how to fix it.
I though the same thing with the back right (when looking from behind lol) hindhoof did seem a bit big as well but I was having issues with them so I just left it. I actually wasn't happy at all with the left hindhoof, feeling that it looked too sideways but either way,

Horses are a real pain and require a good bit of practice to got right. You're pretty close so far :)
The hind right hoof(on the ground) looks fine and good size.

Happy to give the useful comment, I hate the dumb ones and prefer to give enjoyable/useful ones.
