well i know i have 20/20 vision and they all do look the time, it reminds me of sonic recolors or MLP "fan characters" its just adding a little different things to the same character model, definitely not different characters.

But, I know it may be annoying (No Im not going to say they all look alike)
But I think you would definatly sell more if you altered and varied the models a little more. Offer different body types, and varied Hairstyles instead of the regular mane. And add a little more like Accessories.

This is just something that would sell more then slight changes like color.
Put a little more time into each character, make each one stand out and be more interesting.

Otherwise your going to fall into the same loop Adopt Artist fall into and just use One Character base and just put in different colors. And then they don't sell and you start getting nasty and dumb messages
