Rihat here is a fairly old vampire despite his physical youth. Rihat was a young boy of about 10 living in Babylon around 539 BC. Unfortunately that was the year the city fell to the Persians. Lucky for Rihat a vampire with a heart passed through that day and saved his life by giving him a new one. As you can see he's gotten around. He acquired a large number of those Japaneses cloth diapers while in Japan. He likes doing some baby stuff a bit but also enjoys his position of seniority among other vampires. At a whopping 2557 years old he's one of the oldest vampires.
