I am going to risk sounding really stupid here, but what's a Chaff Pellet? Otherwise, very nice work on this, saw the stream where you made the ref sheet for her "civilian" attire. Will we get to see that on here too?

Chaff is a detection countermeasure much like the Flares in fighter craft. Rather than confusing heatseeking/detecting equipment, it disperses particles into the air that jam electonic detection equipment and cameras, also making it impossible to radio for backup. The effects last only a few seconds, but that's long enough to escape or avoid detection entirely.

Modern fighter jets use a combo of Chaff and Flares (I first came across it in Metal Gear Solid in the grenades you can use). Felicia has it contained within small explosive pellets for her missions.

Very well thought-out and wonderfully executed stealth-suit design. I hope we can see it in action sometime! :)
