Everything said was improvised and done in the first take which I was quite satisfied with just to see how well the effect worked out.
So just thinking up things to say about Viktor (which wasn't that easy since I don't play him) sometimes drove me to come out the accent at some points but this was mostly to test the effect.

Viktor is one of my favorite champions, though; he's actually super strong early-mid game. The lasers!
The reason I don't pick him in serious games is actually because of his falloff, which is pretty hard after half an hour or so. If you do decently enough in your lane and throughout the midgame, you'll usually get full build fairly quickly due to your free item and crazy waveclear; once he hits that point, he will not get any stronger, since he can't sell his Hex Core. At that point, if you don't win soon, you're usually in for a long game, and chances are that the enemy mage is going to outscale you. :C

Yeah, I perfectly understand. I'm not saying he's a bad champion, I mostly made this because no one would play him shortly after his release. I would play him for fun, just to see how well it would go but most likely every time the enemy mid laner has to pick what the 'meta' has deemed to be the most powerful in order to just win when it's a normal game.
