My mate and I get magpies with missing or injured feet at our balcony a lot, They seem to do alright though, we consider catching them to take them to a rehabber, but they always manage to fly away. I hope this guy does alright.

I'm sure he'll be ok ^^ I think he was born like that, and birds can fly, so yay epic win for us! :D

I'm sure he probably will, like you said he can fly, and gulls don't really need their feet to get food, a one-footed raptor might not do as well.
