I used some cheap $1 toothless needle-nose pliers that I took to my pedestal grinder to even out some of the wiggle and make the tips finer. Lol, I really should just get a better quality set for jewelry but I have the tools available to tailor them to my needs, so why not? Ive also got another set I tooled down short to work on large gauge S.S. too.

I just dabble mostly at the moment as here in the UK there is either no demand, or there is someone already setup and has been doing it for years

I understand what you mean. I'm not well established yet either, and at best, this is a hobby that pays for itself. To get anywhere, it seems you need to provide something unique and signature, which is a little difficult with chainmaille.
