As promised, here is a quick pic of the osprey head we're working on all furred up. We're currently trimming him and will be working on eye mock-ups tomorrow night (as well as airbrushing). So yes, he is SUPER fluffy right now and will look much better when he's shaved. c:

If you don't mind saying, is that minky for the beak? If so, I love LOVE the effect. Fleece can look a little matte, and vinyl/latex/pleather/leather can look TOO shiny or fleshy or just unnaturally unyielding, but that is the PERFECT amount of sheen and "softness" for a beak. Kudos!
i forgot to ask this but was it longhaird minky or was it flat mink velvet?
