So someone who has the last name "Fairlady" and being the only child in his family as a Gardevoir, sure has everything fit the bill. Kaiso is known to be and the only one in a squad, healer in the team. He can do a few harmless stunts and can pull hundreds of pranks which involves him dressing up like a female to fool the other guys.

Kaiso was afraid that he couldn't fit in with the other guys in the team but he appearance and being a psychic type puts them in a even edge against Magenta Squad. He usually goes out with females but often makes passes with other males.
