Someone did not enjoy his first bath at all.

My rats where weird and liked baths. It might have helped that I built them a little tub fort to play on and let them get in the water on their terms, but they never gave me problems when it came time to get clean. They would even jump up on the edge of the tub when they were ready to get out, be toweled off and go back to their cage.
