is it wrong that devon + anima would have a really good dynamic as a pair?? even just this picture says a lot, with devon sitting calmly on anima's shoulders hugging his neck while he's all RGGHHH IMMA DRAGON everywhere. devon would be very grounding to him, I think. their interaction is really great here, and I just love devon's expression.

Holy shit has it really been like 11 years??? It really has.... that's so crazy! And I agree with you completely, I do think they make a great pair. I think what you said is exactly true, Devon would be very grounding to Anima. And Anima would be the perfect protector of little Devons and could transport him around no problem. Not to mention the part of Anima he would rather others not know about, would love to dress Devon up all cute and help him pick out outfits. I think they compliment each other well, which was behind my thought. I'm glad you agree! And I love how he's all snarly GRR IMMA DRAGON and Devons just like *whistlehum I'm so innocent lalala....*
You are in no way a derp! Because you are 100% correct that he represents certain physical emotions in me. He has always been a very, very meaningful character to me. Gravity and Anima are sort of polar opposites - Good and Evil, but even in Anima's evil there is good. He's the reason SilverWing doesn't have wings, when she was "created" as a fur I figured, man, I'm so unlucky I wouldn't be able to fly so this happened.
