He should try Mt. hood then. The Weather here is really unpredictable. It could be cold while doing nothing, until you snowboard or ski, that fursuit could be a oven. Though I dont own a fursuit, I layered up to basicly be in one, and at the end of the day, I was wearing my shirt and snowboarding pants.
so lucky, skied last month for first time in 2 years, wow I really lost the hang of it. I dont fall but I feel like with the viability in a suit I prob would. Do you ride on easier trails than you usually do when your in suit?

I have always picked it up pretty easily, but it took a few days before I was ready to try black runs again.
I did ski much more conservatively, eg. snowplowing a bit to turn where it was possible. I did the blue run from the Funitel down though, I didn't want the shame of riding it back down :D

It's not too bad if you have skied a bit already. The problem is the mesh in the eyes obscures the shadows and snow surface so you have to ski by feel and guesswork. I have suit-skied with very experiences skiers before and they were VERY fast, far faster than I could ever hope to ski even *without* a suit!

I used to live up bya ski place and always wanted to get a suit and maby be the mascott for the lodge hehe lots of people would come to ski probly just to ski or snowboard down with the fursuit fella
