The pic looks awesomely cute and cutely awesome =D Uh huhs.both programs are really nice,but SAI is a program made for drawing,as Photoshop is more to photo edits and/or filters.I usually draw all on SAI,and just use PHotoshop to add texts,or some cloud filters or other ones.
