Yep thats probably one that only Germans will understand. Heino, a germansinger of Schlager and Volksmusik (basically popmusic for old people) released a new album in which he coverd songs by german Rockbands in his own distictive style. Its a novelty record and sort of a retribution, since the german rock scene had made fun of him for decades (the title of the record, "Mit freundlichen Grüßen"- "With kind regards", makes that pretty clear). What suprised me is that two of the bands, Rammstein and Die Ärzte, fell for the trollbait and got really pissed that Heino ridiculed their songs in his own way (which he can do due to a loophole in german copyright law). I´m actually a bit dissapointed in Die Ärzte, I mean they are silly pranksters themselves, you would expect them to have a little more humour about that. Meanwhile both Rammstein and Die Ärzte have pedaled back, sincethey noticed that it would make them look bad th get all pissy, but the damage might be done now.

I´m glad happy how the Heino Trollface worked out, his wrinkly old albino face is perfect for this. On the right side are Farin Ulaub and Bela B from Die Ärzte in the front and Till Lindemann from Rammstein in the back, he really is this huge, I once saw him in RL, from a distance thou, but he made everybody else look tiny).
