sorry. here is a sea kitten. they are sapient cat-like creatures who live on beaches/in the ocean. due to increased time spent in the water, their hindlegs are gradually getting shorter and more fin-like, in favor of a powerful tail and fore arms. they are toothless and instead have several tentacle-like tongues with which to grip their prey with (usually fish). their elongated throats are stretchy and lined with tooth-like growths which grind and scrape excess indigestible materials from their prey (ie. scales), which is then regurgitated - much like a real cat's hairballs.
