I made for a pokemon Colosseum rp with a friend
it involves a trainer and a raichu used as an experiment
using a mist stone to fuse them.
The picture on the left is where the emotion of the trainer trapped along with the pokemon fused with which the Pokemon's soul is dormant.

Procella is psychic- electric type
stands at 5'11 ft.

I am unsure what colours to use I may do a invert colouring of a raichu.
