It's peanut butter chibi time. (Yeah he's not normally this wee)

Drew this last week but Punch is a character I've technically had for a few years now. Just haven't fleshed him out until recently for RP purposes. Half dragon who acts like he's a prince but really eats out of garbage cans and bathes in the town fountain -- until they chase him out with brooms like a stray dog.
