Not as in-depth or detailed as the other three, but interesting in its own right.

This is one of four anatomical studies I created for my Senior Art Exhibition, "Think∴Make". These studies are of the dragon species I have developed, the Romanian Three-Tail, and in this case, a female. General anatomy of the wing, including a cut-away revealing the Pneumatic Air Sac System in the propatagium (membrane connecting the 'wrist' with the shoulder), and a detail view of the tendons and muscles comprising the wing 'hand'.

For the species I've developed, I have looked into human, theropod dinosaur, avian, chiropteran (bat), large felid, and reptilian anatomy, and have applied a generic knowledge of biomechanics and physiology to map out potential ways for this animal to actually exist somewhere, if not on planet Earth. This creature has a lot of significance to me, and the strides I take to map out a feasible reality for said creature can be seen as an attempt to satiate my mind's desires for that very reality. Art, and science - who says they can't coexist?!?
