This is a sculpture I made for my brother for Christmas. His pitbull Pozi died about month before so I gave him his dog back, in miniature, for Christmas. He had been really broken up about it, he's one of those people who like gets angry-sad... so he broke his keyboard over his knee swiped a bunch of stuff off his table in the midst of his tears... how could I not want to do something like this?

My brother is like me, he gets more upset when a canine family member dies than when a human family member dies >.< We've both also agreed we like dogs way more than we like people, not sure where we got that cuz yeah our parents like dogs but not like we do.

Anyway, made from white Premo Sculpey and (I think) FolkArt acrylic paint (with a foil skeleton for less clay usage). Probably took me like 12 or so hours all together to make >.<

It's my first time ever attempting to make a sculpture look as realistic as possible so I'm pretty happy with the results~ Unfortunately I SPACED OUT and forgot to sculpt his toes so I had to paint them on lamely after he was cooked ;P (I only noticed I forgot after I'd cooked him, meh). Tis really my only regret.

Also... he looks kinda derpy in the side view XD But otherwise I'm quite happy with him, and my brother loved it.

RIP Pozi, you were a sweetheart who could have proved to everyone how great Pitbulls can be.
