This was something I did for school last year. We were supposed to do something that related to our personal refuge. The forest scene is dual meaning: 1. the actual forest because I grew up exploring woods and following tracks and watching animals 2. my mind. The two humans kissing is me and an exboyfriend. I also find refuge with those who care about me. So even though in this picture its an old boyfriend, the human could be anyone.
