He was crawling to the door, blind and it was getting harder to move. The second layer of bandages had already been completed, and he heard a muffled jar tipping over for the second time.

He knew where about the corridor and crawled hands and knees towards it. He was stopped by the 3r'd wrappings, three times in length of the original bandages, they caught his footpaw and wrapped a fraction of it before it grabbed his other and pulled the two together.
In an attempt to keep moving, he began to shift his weight to his forearms and pull himself along. Even if he had all night, he wouldn't have gotten out of the room he discovered.
The bandages wrapped an arm and pulled it towards his chest, pinning it there. The cloud of dust then grabbed the other arm and did the same, pinning his arm against his chest in the traditional manner of mummified remains.
But nothing made sense, mummies were entombed after death, and the mummified alive versions of story tales from the country were just conjecture. He denied this even though he was being wrapped head to toe in what appeared to be ancient bandages by a mystical force.

The larger wrappings were pulling tight and finalizing the process.
Even though he was laying flat on the floor, the bandages dispensed from the clouds managed to wrap around and around his body, pulling in tight.

Other than squirming like a worm and shifting from side to side, he wouldn't move much at all anymore. His body was moved from side to side as the bandages pulled before covering the front or back of his form.
He was crying a bit and hoped that this all was a bad dream and he would wake up hung over on the floor of the tomb.
