This is the latest fan piece by 
davide of one of my heroines, with this being of my National Heroine, Mother Russia.
Before anyone ask, no, MR is not a communist, she's a democrat and when I use the term, I mean she's a believer in democracy, and I think that davide used the old hammer and sickle here as what most people tend to think of when they think of Russia. As for her outfit, not something that she would wear, as her costume is a regular military uniform, so I'm going to think that this was a publicity photo for her home government, which she did rather reluctantly, for obvious reasons.

I have to wonder what MR has to say about how Putin's running things in Russia these days. "Annexing" neighboring countries, brainwashing the public, eliminating public dissenters, and engaging in provocative military & political actions against the west. At the rate things are going, they'll probably turn the flag red again within the decade.
