The first of this batch to hatch is this handsome fellow!

Males are larger, have longer head frills and a smaller back 'fin' (Still haven't figured out what to call that part of them yet!) than either females or queens.

Naming Your Ravyg:

All Ravyg have one word names consisting of an odd number of letters, the middle letter is always 'Y'. They can be 3, 5, 7 or 9 letters. No numbers, and no spaces.

He was a very active little hatching for all of about six hours, during which time he was artificially matured into what you see before you now!

I don't know how it works myself, but the super geniuses at W Cubed assure me that their methods are safe for the little critters. If we'd left them to their natural state, it would have taken four and a half YEARS for him to grow up! Who has time for that? LOL
