XD nothing really to muck up! Just make a few things clear:
Your asking price, which in this case is $10.
Are they allowed to re-sell the design if they don't use it? If they are, make sure it's not for more than they purchase for.
And are they allowed to change things like colors?
That's really all. If they like it, they'll buy it! :)
