To your left is a plate of fried plantains. They weren't deep fried just pan fried. To the right is palm heart salad with a passion fruit vinaigrette. It was fun making the vinaigrette and it was pretty darn good. the palm hearts were canned though, so that was a bit of a disappointment, but oh well. ^^
