Attempting to explain much about this experimental GELF might be difficult, but here goes...

This is Bixby, a GELF made by the Dienna Laboratories facilities in an attempt to copy and improve the Project VALHALLA GELFs for their own potential gain. Despite their efforts to improve on the project, the result ended up in failure, producing this GELF whose mental train of thought is both without purpose or direction. With no clear idea of what to do with Bixby, they keep him restrained in a hidden away holding cell as they try to regroup and regain their losses.

The thing is, Bixby has the odd knack of being able to free himself from whatever they try to hold him down with. And oddly enough, even his captivity never seems to phase his attitude and behavior...it remains both curious and child-like, pondering thoughts no normal person would think of, and doing things few normal people would do. His behaviors, while concerning, never seem dangerous to others.

That's not to say he may not be potentially dangerous. Seeing as Dienna attempted to boost his intelligence and combat knowledge, there's the off-chance that some of that could suddenly be made known. And it's not known exactly what might set him off, if such a thing may happen...
