Yes, this looks really good.
It's always best when you draw YOUR main character (same here)... they are usually the best ones and best drawings.
What I find interesting is the "growing" armor parts... yeah. Teivos is getting more and more "Cyborg" each year, huh? XD
Anyway, the implants look good and believable and work for the character!
I don't really know what to think of the huge... "steel armor cyborg nose implant" on his snout... but that's your design. Maybe, a more "flat" design would work more. After all, he should NOT have a limited vision (due to the steel parts), ya know???
Just one suggestion:
I would've added some more "contrast", ya know? Some stronger shading. The picture looks a bit too "soft" to me... but this can also be a reason of different screen adjustments. XD
Anyway, I like harder contrasts, hehehe. ^^"
BUT what I love is the "painted" style and expressioon. ^^ NICE!!!

I have to admit that the nose implant, now that you say it, makes his vision equivalent to the one of a guinea pig (oh my). Okay, they don't have perfectly human stereovision so it's questionable how much such a 'klotz' would do, but now the doubt's there :P
The implants are something which I actually managed to deal with continually in the last years (actually since your design!) and since 2010 there has been no change - time to change that! x)
Dayum, guess I became too soft lately... got told this (considering the drawing of course) independently by more people O.o Well, you work pretty well with the absolute contrast, there my knowledge is yet limited ;) But you're right, I could've gotten a bit more consequent with the shadows and include some really dark darks!
