Top: 300g porterhouse steak medium well done with singed garlic and spring onion served with a side of saute'd mushrooms, shallots and parsley flakes. Topped with some thick gravy and dijon mustard.

Middle: Double smoked kransky split with lightly grilled onions, capsicum and mushroom. Served with a piece of Mozzarella. All grilled in salted butter.

Bottom. Mixed grilled marina mix with lemon pepper seasoning with a piece of home made garlic bread.
Served with a Gourmet salad with spinnach, corn, carrot, onion, beetroot, mushrooms and basalmic vinegar.
