These beautiful pieces were a gift from a very dear friend. Straight from her farm, from her own emu. She drilled and cleaned them up for me. I love them to pieces, their coloration varies a surprisingly great deal between them. One is a beautiful deep green, and the other is almost black.

The texture of the shell is fascinating, smooth yet rough at the same time. Kind of like...canvas? I'm not sure what to describe it as.

Sorry for the inactivity in uploading pieces. My collecting has slowed down the tighter my wallet gets. I'm a little behind, as I have gotten a few pieces since I last posted. I'm working to get everything caught up again.
