First new piece of work in a while. Back in coloured pencil class, again. This one might go a little smoother. It's starting with the basics. So here's the homework from the first session. Learning value! As you can see.. I have a lot of learning to do.

*grin* Thanks. Admittedly, this picture contains all of my art kryptonite. I really need to work on blending, shading, and value. I think it's a pretty good attempt, though. There's another half to the picture that's yet to be drawn and shaded so.. um.. stay tuned? :)
