Here we have Sheng Gang T'an, A North Korean National, and former Major in the Korean People's Air Force.

He leads a Air Piracy group known as the "Pacific Vipers", a large group of Mercenary fighter pilots, pirates and general thugs that pillage south Pacific islands, Attack Passenger and Cargo planes in international air space, and a taking hostages and forcing them into slavery and Furson trafficking rings.

He is a ruthless killer, womanizer, fiend and tactical thinker. He is also a master of Korean sword fighting and Air Combat.

He is also one of Spitfire's main enemies, as well as an enemy of Howler, Combat, Ranger, and various air forces around the world.

Threat level is extremely high for this individual.
