You did a good job with this sketch. I especially like how the finger claws came out. I don't know what program you're using to scan this stuff in with, but there's a command in most called 'curves'. If you fool with the curves function (usually around where brighten/contrast and histogram is), you can get the lines on a sketch to look darker and more pronounced post-scan.

Oh, I didn't know that! I'm using an HP flatbed scanner and the HP program HP Solution Center, where it brings up a preview. Where could I find that setting? I'd be happy to fiddle with it. Thanks for the crit! :D

oo dunno. I normally use PSP9, other people use Photoshop. Helps having a paint program and not a printer one.
