I’ve been doing some small things on the side in hopes to get the art flowing again, and this is one of the end results.

This is Bahamut as a Razor Wing, a bird-like race created by my friend Yark for her Team Prototype project. I had created my own Razor Wing character before, so I just decided to have fun trying to figure out how Bahamut would look as one.

I had fun with this one, though I do kinda wish I had an actual bird in mind for his design rather than go with a ‘generic bird’.
One of the things I had fun with were the ‘headphones’; Razor Wings are naturally deaf so they all need to wear headphones in order to hear. Since Bahamut has long furry ears, I figured that the headphones should mimic that as well, given their design.
