Beautiful birthday blueberries all wrapped up in icecream and made into individual cupcake serves from the kitchens of  scruffypuppy

Made this for a birthday boy!

1) Make an mini graham crust, or buy a premade. (I bought a 6 pack for like 2 bucks)
2) Melt a quart of ice cream of your choosing, slightly. Melt it to the point when you can squish the carton, then give it about 20 seconds in the microwave.
3) Scoop the ice cream into the crust, smoothing it over to fill the crust evenly.
4) Use the back of a spoon to make a cherry sized dent in the top center of the ice cream.
5) Top it with cupcake magic shell.
6) Before the magic shell hardens, set a cherry, with the stem still on, into the space you made in step 4.
7) Put the cake into the freezer to refreeze it.
