It did take a lot of one-on-one time at first. I was unemployed and out of school when I got this little one, so I spent every waking hour I could working on trust. It took quite a while to come around, but we're good pals now! I have classes again this semester, so we're apart a bit. But it's amazing how happy he is when I get home
