Collected Conbadges #33
Here's the continued collection of conbadges I've done, -these coming from MFF 2012.
It's worth noting that I love doing badges at conventions because they a) look like finished art, and b) they don't take nearly as long to execute as full-on projects. If you ever see me at a dealer's table ask me if I'm taking badge requests and odds are good that I'll be delighted to say "YES!".
Tek_Roo Wanted an Eastern Grey Kangaroo (the second such request of the convention... I didn't know there was that much call for these guys). Oh, and +beers.
Töntig wanted his character done up all Gene Rayburn style ala the classic game show "Match Game". YEAH!
Ardenfetz is a dragon, and a confident one too, I must say.
Ty Husky had an interesting color choice of character where the coloration is split right down the middle except for where the head hair is located. I'm sure there must be an interesting story behind that.
Pilot (badge on the bottom left) had the great idea of foregoing the name on the badge but instead to have the character saying "Bro, do you even shep?!?" and looking completely derpy. Now that's an offbeat idea I can relish!
Then,
LavitzSkall (badge on the bottom right) followed it up by having a badge made of his own German Shepherd answering "Yeah bro, I shep." I love that sort of call and response.
