I was watching Scarface a little while ago and saw the female lead in this dress and I couldn't get the image of Flora in this dress for the life of me. I can't see her being the trophy wife of a drug czar or anything else in that movie being her but this dress. She wears it well I have to admit.

Very nice, I have my own ideas on this. Like maybe she is eye candy for some exec's party on his yacht, which just so happens to be big enough to qualify as a luxury liner in a cyberpunk world. He reports her salary to whatever government he pays taxes on as a secretary but she's just someone who is on hand to look pretty and be used as a party favor when entertaining guests. Including if say he is hiring ronin for some black op and a night with her or some other party girl he has around for just such an expenditure, is offered to sweeten the pot so to speak.
I'm just thinking of the kind of coincidences here. Floating city state, she happens to be on board, happens to know the owner/capt., happens to be a member of a club that he is a major part of and also happens to share a major fetish with him. Maybe I'm over thinking it but that's just how it seems to me.
