You'd typically call someone a "brony" who's REALLY into the My Little Pony Fandom.. particularly the Friendship is Magic Generation. While it was initially the combined form of "bro" + "pony" it can be used to describe a girl in the fandom as well, tho some prefer to be called "pegasisters" :)
