A quick commission for one Arrow quivershaft: essentially his anthro red tailed hawk form, being "devolved" into a nonanthro pidgeon.
certain parts of this picture need explaining: in anthro form, he has winghands: more or less the wings jut from the wrists, with talons for hands. here, the transformation has already progressed enough that his handtalons are melting into his wings, forming normal, base wings.
other than that, his chest is expanding, his powerful hunters talonfeet are receeding into softer, pink pidgeonclaws, a cere (the fleshy nosepart) is forming on his beak, and his humanoid body is generally compacting into something much more birdlike.

his fingers will fully melt and become wings, arms loosing their forward motion (which will make that wing thats supporting him quite uncomfortable unless he moves it), the beak will become smaller, the cere fully developed, the torso will finish contracting, eyes will become smaller, and he'll be a full pidgeon.
This isn't a sequence piece after all

*chuckles* gracias, glad you like it:)
he wanted this or a swan devolution: It would have been easier to do the swan (longer neck, different, webbed feet, hooked beak into smooth bill, etc.) but he had a preference for the pidgeon tf, so I went with that instead. Better to please the 'customer' than the 'storekeeper' I suppose.
