It's a great conceit, and certainly makes the concept much more interesting! The girls, whether as humans, sharks, or in mid-transformation, are adorable...it's too bad the artist is taking a sabbatical from transformations.

Eh, too bulky for my taste. If I ever made female street sharks, I'd slim them down, more athletic than body builderish.

Can you have them revert back to human like the male sharks did once in their show? And what were the human names of the girls before they transformed?

makes me wonder what the rest of the cast including bends and elswordo (always remembered that one along with rox and slammu and the dino vengers before that extreme nonsense kicked in)

I hope you do revisit this and maybe even turn it into a whole series. Cause I used to be a Street sharks fan when I was a kid. I was never really into the Ninja turtles but street Sharks was the best back in those days.

Such a shame they never made a reboot. They talked about making another back in 2003 but never really happened. Back in the 90s they even had this female character called Roxy who was supposed to be a female street shark member but her design was so ugly that they pulled the episode. They replace her episode with some guitar guy becoming a shark.

One last thing the toys were amazing!!

Pinklepickle did a really good emulating the style of the cartoon in that brief panel she did in my HoRsEb0y Begins comic. If I do go back and flesh this out, I would love to do a “Greatest Hits” style comic where she would do all the transformations only female: the Sharks, Rox, Moby Lick, maybe even Repteel and El Swordo.

Also, Roxy the girl shark is a myth. Completely made up. Never existed and never came close to existing. She is a famous internet hoax. Look it up. :)

Hey never did mutate a woman in that series. They almost did in the moby lick episode but Dr. paradigm turned her down. What a waste.

Repteel and El Swordo were never human, to begin with though. So what are you planing to do? Have the female of dr. paradigm take some female inmates from prison and change them into Repteel and El Swordo?

One more question, do you think Street sharks should make a comeback?

Nope. Except for one background character in a blink and you miss it scene, there has never really been any female TFs. The chick you mentioned was to be a potential “candidate” to gene-slam into the orca (Moby Lick) but he didn’t use her because the mind control serum didn’t work on her.

Repteel and El Swordo WERE human. Repteel was formerly the owner of a hotel that the Street Sharks kept destroying and he allowed himself to be gene-slammed so he could get his revenge. El Swordo was a circus performer who did an act with a swordfish.

Hell yes, they should make a comeback. With all this nonstop push for diversity and inclusion, we’d pretty much be guaranteed some female mutants. ;p

Oh wait, I thought you were talking about Slobster and Slash. I got the names wrong.

Diversity is fine as long as they make the story good. "Extreme Dinosaurs" on the other hand I do not care about.

Well, then you are spot on. If I updated Slash and Slobster, I would probably make them female prison inmates to start. :)

One last thing . I do believe the transformation scenes should be a little longer and more detailed.

And Just a suggestion if you do make this into a series how about having them transform from shark to human at will like She-hulk for example? (if you read the comics) Like controlling their transformations.

I would have the transformations mirror the TV show and have the artists watch them for reference.

I would not give the characters the ability to TF back and forth on command. I want them stuck as monsters and depressed over it.

Well, that sounds dark but okay. XD

At least I hope you make it more realistic than the series.

The Motorcycle and monster truck was one thing but the Shark-helicopter, and shark-Tank were a bit too far. Bit too batman.

And the shark puns do not age well.
