Here is the finished head! Well, I'll be adding in teeth later but everything else is done c:

Everything on this head is 100% glued.

I made a foam base for the head, then furred that.
The ears I made seperate and furred them, then trimmed the fur on the head where the ears would go and glued them on. The nose is made of fleece glued onto foam I carved in the shape I wanted. Inside of mouth is fleece with a fleece tongue on foam for the volume. Bottom lip is made of fun foam as well as rim around eye, eyelids, and eyelashes. The eyes are 100% painted buckram, no plastic parts or anything so I can see out of the entire eye. This suit has EXCELLENT vision! Everything else is black and gray faux fur, shaved where necessary and everything is attached with a hot glue gun. The only thing I wish I had done with this suit is hollowed out the muzzle and planned for more airflow. I think what I'll do is open up the back of the mouth for better airflow. It originally was open in the back but made it look a little odd. I think I know what to do to make it open in the back without getting rid of the "smile" the suit has.
