I have to say, this is quite a beautiful picture. And I do agree, this is a fairly nice unique look of a doctor-like person. Though, as for evil doctor look? I dunno. Seems fairly neutral to me. I think the colors threw me off of the 'evil' part of this. Though, I think I see a little bit of it. But like I said, it's one of those doctors that even though a good guy could go visit, you wouldn't know if you actually got the best treatment, even if you were treated for what it is for. Or that you wouldn't of figured out her entire plot of injecting mind-control serums into everyone's mind to rule the world.
But I doubt that's what the character is for. Like I said, I really do love this picture, and I quite enjoy it.
