The self-biography of a unique class of canine. I was born in a lab not knowing the hows or whys of anything in the world. I spent the first months of my life without a name, trying to discover who I was and why I was here, confined in a small yard with about thirty other dogs. I did make friends, but I also made enemies. The pack was everything to me, but even more important were the questions. I got few answers over the course of my life, but those I did shook me to my core and changed the way I looked at the world forever.
