That would be Gilrandree, one of my little collection of beasts. You managed to get him before his wings broke, as well! (He was only out 1 hour or so before one of the frame parts snapped, and he had to go out wingless the rest of the con.)

And wait a minute... Ham beast??? There's no ham in me! :)
